EliteGreeks.com Inc. accepts all Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards for purchases.
Once your order is placed then a hold on your funds will be done at that time. Gift certificates and coupon codes may also be used to fund purchases. Elitegreeks.com Inc. does not accept checks or money orders due to the delay they cause in manufacturing of your order.

Is paying by credit card online secure?
Yes, using a credit card to pay for your order is completely secure. All information is encrypted when it is sent to us and cannot be accessed by outside parties when being transmitted. Additionally, after we receive you order, all information is stored on a secure server that cannot be accessed from the internet. We are using a 128-bit SSL issued by GeoTrust. This certificate can be verified at the bottom of every page on our website.

When will my order ship?
Your order will be shipped within 10 business days or you will receive a gift certificate for the amount totaling your clothing costs, we are NOT open
Weekends or holidays which will not count toward business days. We do not credit for the Royalty taxes or the shipping as that money is not ours to refund. The day you place your order does not count in manufacturing time. Items with customizations may take an additional 5-10 business days for manufacturing and are exempt from the 10 day guarantee. If there is a specific date that you need the product please specify the date during checkout AND contact a Customer Service Representative to ensure we can meet your time line or if you need to upgrade
your manufacturing time & or shipping time. Selecting Express or overnight shipping does not imply that your order will be shipped that day or any specific date that you list. You must pick
the manufacturing time on every product to ensure your order is shipped when you
expect it to be in your hands
We will make every reasonable effort to stock all merchandise presented on
EliteGreeks.com Inc.. In the event that an item you ordered is no longer available, you will be notified.
You will be billed for items purchased with a credit card upon purchase. You will receive an email when the items are readied for shipping.

Can I have my order rushed?
Yes, orders can be rushed, however, additional charges may apply. You will not be charged extra unless
you select that rushed manufacturing time on each product. If we see a potential problem with the order and it being classified as a rush order we will contact you first before starting the order.

Can I make changes to my order?
Requests for changes to your order must be received within 3 hours after your order is placed. Any change request made
after 3 hours cannot be guaranteed and will be considered a REQUEST ONLY. We will still try to meet such requests, but due to the manufacturing process it may not always be possible. Any change request received 48 hours after the order was placed will be denied.
If you requested a change within 3 hours and the change is not made to your order it will be corrected at no cost to you. If your change request was after 3 hours and it was not made to your order you may return it using the return instructions below. You will be responsible for return shipping and your order may be subject to a restocking fee.

I need my order by a specific date.
Remember to put the date you would like your product by in the Special Instructions box for the product
& contact a Customer Service Representative to ensure we can meet your time line. Express and Overnight shipping methods will decrease the shipping time, but do not affect manufacturing time.
Shipping your items on time is very important to us. For many items, we calculate Estimated Delivery Dates to help you find out when these items are expected to arrive. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, allocation time in our warehouse, the shipping method you select and the final shipping destination. Be sure
to contact us prior to placing your order to receive an estimated delivery date.
Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Due to many factors, Estimated Delivery Dates can also change between the time you place the order and receive an order confirmation. Can't add products to basket/Empty basket issues
If you are having troubles with adding items to your basket and keeping them in your basket while you are shopping you will need to check your internet browser's cookie settings. Make sure they are set either to Medium High or lower. If you cannot or do not want to change your cookie settings, you can add http://elitegreeks.com. to your allowed sites and it will correct this issue.

How will my order be shipped?
We offer a number of shipping methods for your convenience. You will sometimes have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

***NOTICE*** If your order is being shipped to a campus address handled by a campus mail system your order may be delayed. This is delay is out of the control of EliteGreeks.com Inc.. EliteGreeks.com Inc. ships orders all across the United States, its territories, and to Canada. At this time we do not ship orders to any other country. If you would like your order shipped to another country we recommend you have your order shipped to someone residing in the United States and have them ship the order to you.

How do I track my shipment?
Every package sent by EliteGreeks.com Inc. has either a tracking number or delivery confirmation number. This number will be emailed to you when your order is packed and ready to ship. The email will be sent to the address associated with your Shipping Address. You can also check your order status and tracking information online at
EliteGreeks.com Inc.. Click the account button and log in to the account you created when you placed your order. At the top of the page there is a button to view your order history.

I only received part of my order.
EliteGreeks.com Inc. will occasionally ship your order partially if one or more pieces will cause a significant delay in shipment. Also if we cannot meet a deadline for your order we may ship part of your order so that you will at least receive some of it on time. Jewelry and engraved items always ship separately from clothing in your order. We do not charge you any extra for this. We try to ship all orders as a whole. Some reasons for shipping your order partial are out of stock/back ordered items, jewelry or engraved items, or items with extra customization added.

Can I customize my order?
Yes, we can customize your items almost any way you wish. We can add customizations to the sleeves, back, side, collar, hood, pocket, etc. to almost any item we sell. Many of these customization are available directly on the product pages. If you would like at add additional customizations to a product please contact Customer Service for available customizations and current prices.

What options are there for customization?
We can add embroidery, silk screening, vinyl and sequins to almost any product that we sell. Some customizations may not be available for all products. Please contact Customer Service with any questions.

How much does it cost to customize an item?
Customization costs vary greatly depending on the size, location and type of process used to customize the item. For
most areas it will run about $10 per location and names run 7 letters or less
$10 and $2 per letter after that. For exact quote please ask one of our
chatting session associates.

Do you offer different fabric patterns?
At this time we do not offer different fabric patterns for letters. We are continuing to seek a reliable source for fabric that will offer our customers a consistent look and feel for their orders.
If you have particular fabric pattern that you would like used for your letters you can send it to us. The fabric will be prepared for sewing and used on your letters. Please specify on the product page that you will be sending in fabric. The size of fabric required per set of letters is 5 inches by
20 inches. There is an additional charge of $5.00 per set of letters to prepare the fabric for sewing.

Can I return all/part of my order?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with every item you purchase from
EliteGreeks.com Inc.. If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return it within 24 hours of delivery for an 60% refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling fees. The item must be unworn & unwashed and not a customized order in anyway. All returns must be accompanied by a RMA #. Your credit will be issued after we receive the item and verify its condition. We always recommend that when placing an order that if you are ordering a larger order PLEASE check to ensure colors and sizing are correct we only make what we have in the order.
All jewelry, engraved and clearance items are not eligible for return/refund unless the item is incorrect. Any item that contains additional customizations are not accepted for return. Customizations include, but are not limited to: names, numbers, college/university, class, line, etc. Back to top
I received damaged or defective clothing.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 3-days of delivery. Please provide us with the order number and item number, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded at the sole discretion of

If there is extensive damage to the packaging upon delivery, contact us immediately. Please have your order number available when you call. If possible please photograph the package before opening it and inspecting the contents.

How do I return an item/order?
If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below.
1. Please contact Customer Service to receive RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). Any items returned without a RMA # will be refused.
2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include your name, phone number, reason for the return, and RMA #. All items must be returned in good condition, to insure credit. Please write the RMA # on the outside
of the package.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid by you. We cannot accept cash on delivery (COD). It is recommended that you use and insured and track able method for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not held accountable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that are being shipped back to us.

How will I be credited?
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled up to 3 hours after the order was placed. Any cancellations after 3 hours will be subject to a
30% restocking fee. To cancel your order please contact a Customer Service Representative as soon as possible. If you file a fraudulent charge back claim there will be added to a black list and will no longer be able to purchase from Elitegreeks.com or any of its affiliated companies. If a charge back is filed against
EliteGreeks.com Inc. you have three days in which to return any products
unwashed and/or unworn otherwise you will be reported to your nationals and
will be charged all additional fees including legal fees to get our
merchandise and/or said funds back. Once you receive the item(s) you may return it or them by following the return instructions.

If your order is canceled, you will be notified via e-mail. You will not be billed for any canceled items. Once an order is canceled, it cannot be re-processed and must be re-submitted. How do I get a coupon code?
EliteGreeks.com Inc. will periodically send emails to past customers. These emails contain information about current sales, and often have a coupon code to use for additional savings. If you are a past customer you should be receiving these emails already. If you would like, you can sign up for our mailing list to receive these emails. EliteGreeks.com Inc. may also issue a coupon code to a customer as store credit for a past purchase.

How do I use my coupon code?
Coupon codes are enter during checkout on the same screen where you choose your shipping and payment method. Please enter the coupon exactly as it is given to you. Most coupons have an expiration date. If you try to use the coupon after that date it will not work. Also many coupons are limited to one use per customer. If you have already used a coupon it may not work for a subsequent order.
Coupons cannot be used to discount the purchase of Gift Certificates.

Purchasing gift certificates.
Gift certificates from EliteGreeks.com Inc. can be purchased for any amount. You must enter the recipients name and email address. There is also space to add an optional note to be included with the gift certificate. All gift certificates expire one (1) year from the date of purchase. After EliteGreeks.com
Inc.
receives payment for your order the gift certificate will automatically be emailed to the recipient. The recipient will receive information about the gift certificate. This will include the purchaser's name, gift certificate amount, the gift certificate key, and the expiration date. There is also a link to
EliteGreeks.com Inc. so the recipient can shop for items they want. If a gift certificate's value is not completely used that amount is saved and can be used again on future purchases.

Using a gift certificate.
To use a gift certificate from EliteGreeks.com Inc. you will enter the gift certificate key during checkout. On the page where you choose your shipping and payment types there is a box to enter the gift certificate key. Enter the key an click the redeem button. You can then choose your shipping and payment type. Any additional amount left on the gift certificate will be saved and can be used on any future purchases. Gift certificates expire one (1) year from the date of purchase. The exact expiration date is located in the email originally sent to you. If an item is purchased with a gift certificate and subsequently returned, the refund will be reapplied to the gift certificate. Gift certificates can not be used to purchase other gift certificates.
